If you have purchased a residential option and are coming from out of town, the information below may help you make plans. If you are local, please see What Time Should I Arrive?

Airport: San Diego International Airport (SAN)

Ground Transportation: Not included. An Uber from SAN to Good Life Resorts will cost approximately $25.00 and take approximately 20 minutes. 

**Good Life Resorts is centrally located and an easy Uber to any neighborhood. Residents should not need to rent a car.

Resident Arrival: Please plan to arrive at Good Life Resorts at 5:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, October 24 for check-in.

Departure: The event closes at 2:00 p.m. PT on Sunday, October 27. You may plan your flight any time Sunday afternoon.

Resident Check-In: Thu, Oct 24 @ 5:00 p.m.

Weekend Passes: Fri, Oct 25 @ 8:30 a.m.

Day Passes: 8:30 a.m.

**Days end around 9:30 p.m. nightly

No. S.I.R. Festival is about connection, community, and brotherhood. While we recognize that sex is a part of our lives as men who love men, S.I.R. Festival offers a variety of workshops and connection opportunities. We encourage our participants to expand their minds and hearts to embrace different ways of connecting more deeply with themselves and others. 

Our curated workshops offer multiple ways to connect and learn. 

The goal of S.I.R. Festival is to be a safe space where people can explore. S.I.R. Festival is heavily consent-driven and require agreements prior to arrival.

All Weekend Passes include workshops and lunch

All Day Passes include workshops

Tickets do not include flights or transportation to/from the event.

Residents do not need to rent a car.

There will be water available at the event, as well as snacks to keep up our energy. 

Yes! Reserve your spot now and pay over time. Flexible payment options are available for all tickets except day passes. Payment options are presented during check out. 

Our payment processor is PayPal.

Residents should not need to rent a car. You can take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to Good Life Resorts for about $25. Once on-site, everything you need is provided. 

If you are driving, there is some parking on site or you can park on the street. The entrance to the resort is on Market.  

We would like to invite all participants to bring their own:

• Yoga Mat (we'll have sanitizer)
• Towel
• Water Bottle (we'll have water coolers to refill)

No. Some workshops are clothing-optional to each person's comfort level. Each workshop on the website lists level of spiciness and clothing.

If you are from outside the San Diego area, we recommend the residential option to get the most from your experience. However, it is not required. 

You can purchase a weekend pass and book your own lodging. The best option for this would be AirBnB, MisterBnB, or VRBO. Use Golden Hill or zip code 92102 to search for nearby lodging. 

We are not partnered with any other hotels in the area. If you would like additional information, hotel recommendations, etc. please contact us at registrar@sirfestival.com.

When you are onsite, there will be food available. Some meals are included in the ticket price. See individual ticket options to see what is included. All included meals will have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options available. 

All guests receive a pre-event information form so you can tell us your dietary preference, allergies, etc. 

For additional questions, or if you haven't received your pre-event information form, please send an email to registrar@sirfestival.com.

We request that guests receive the appropriate vaccinations prior to attending. Masks are no longer required for events in California. We will not be testing for Covid at any time during the event. We ask all participants and facilitators to use their best judgment and consider their safety first. If you would feel safer in a mask, please feel free to wear one without judgment.
