Explore the intersection of movement and sexuality through a dynamic and playful full-body stretching routine. With a focus on the muscles used during sex and masturbation, participants will engage in solo and partner practice. Sensuous Partner Yoga creates a comfortable and relaxed environment to explore one's sensual side.
In this class, participants will learn to connect more deeply with their bodies and develop a greater awareness of how movement can enhance sexual pleasure. Participants can expect to leave feeling more comfortable and confident in their bodies, as well as equipped with new tools to integrate into their sexual experiences. This workshop is open to all levels of experience and encourages a sex-positive, inclusive environment.
