Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on and integrate their experiences from the past two days of the festival. The focus will be on re-committing and reclaiming their intentions, as well as processing everything they have learned and experienced. Through guided breathwork, participants will be supported in a gentle re-entry to the world outside the festival.
After the breathwork process, participants will have the chance to share their experiences and the impact it has had on them. This will be a valuable opportunity for everyone to learn from each other and gain new insights.
Integrative Breathwork offers a space for participants to deepen their understanding of themselves and their experiences, while also connecting with others in a meaningful way.

We also extend our deepest thanks to the facilitators who graciously agreed to present. We're deeply sorry that we won't be able to share this experience together this year, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
