In essence, tantra is not just about sexual energy but about awakening the fundamental Shakti (energy) that creates you and everything in the universe. This energy knows and expresses itself through the interplay of awareness and perceptions, which makes up literally everything we experience.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided to connect to yourself through movement and meditative practices and explore how it is to connect to another man from a place of deep, connected presence. We’ll open to the possibility of experiencing a partner as another form of your own self, even as you experience being witnessed by a partner in the same way. This opens the doorway to the subtle yet richly profound realm of transpersonal intimacy - a human-scale reflection of the love dance of the universe.
Workshop activities will include silent and guided meditation, guided movements, breathing exercises, eye-gazing, and erotic partner energy work.
