So often we take what we can get when it comes to fulfilling our desires. We live in a culture where we haven’t been taught to consider our desires and how to communicate them simply and clearly.
In this experiential workshop we will partner with others to explore what we really want, what holds us back from voicing it and how to communicate it for the enjoyment of all involved. We will use pieces of Betty Martin’s “Wheel of Consent” as a framework for parts of this workshop.
